Our history
Our first contact with the world of hospitality was in 1989 with the construction of the emblematic Hotel Grèvol in the Camprodon Valley. Later it led us to take over the management of Hotel Grèvol in 2008.
A highlight in our history occurred in 2016, when we opened the doors of the Nelva Resort aparthotel in Menorca. This modern and cozy establishment allowed us to expand our offer and provide our guests with a unique experience on the beautiful Mediterranean island.
In 2016 and 2017, we took a step forward by expanding our management to other destinations, with Hotel Terminus in Puigcerdà and Hotel Can Pamplona in Vic, bringing our hospitality philosophy to new locations and meeting the needs of our guests in different regions.
It is from then on that we are incorporating several hotels every year, growing exponentially throughout Catalonia, this is how it is strengthened with the incorporation of three hotels in 2018, driving it towards success and consolidating us as a reference in the sector: the Hotel Can Darder in Llagostera, the Hotel Torres Manlleu and the construction of the new Hotel Cims in Camprodon, with an exceptional location in the center of the village and a very personal design that will set the trend of the brand.
Continuing our growth, in 2019 and 2020 we added two new hotels to our portfolio: the Hotel Port 1730 and the Hotel Xalet del Golf at the prestigious La Cerdanya Golf Club. These acquisitions reaffirmed our presence in mountain settings and allowed us to provide our guests with a diversity of exceptional options.
Following the trajectory of managing small family hotels, in 2022 we acquired another mountain hotel, the Hotel Golf Natura and a beautiful hotel in the Empordà, the Hotel Masia Can Clotas.
Finally, in 2023, after 15 years of directly managing hotels without any umbrella brand, we took a transcendental step in our evolution by creating the Litt Hotels Hotel Group. This initiative allowed us to unify all our hotels under the same image and philosophy, with the corporate brand Litt Hotels, strengthening our position as a benchmark in the hotel industry.
In 2024, we made steady progress in consolidating the Litt Hotels group, strengthening internal processes, professionalizing our structure and laying the foundations for even more solid and sustainable growth. This phase allowed us to optimize the operations of all our hotels and strengthen the brand’s positioning in the sector.
In 2025, we continue growing and betting on accommodations with history, charm and personality. We incorporated the Casa Maragall Apartments in Sant Joan de les Abadesses, located in the former summer house of the poet Joan Maragall; the Hotel Can Xaran in Torelló, a cozy establishment located in the heart of Osona; and the Boutique Hotel Comtal Empúries, a charming rural hotel in Castelló d’Empúries, recently refurbished with a lot of style. With this latest addition, together with the Hotel Masía Can Clotas, we reinforce our presence in the Alt Empordà with two exceptional proposals.

1989
The emblematic Hotel Grèvol is built in the Camprodon Valley, inspired by the resorts of the Alps.
2008
Management of Hotel Grèvol in Llanars, Camprodon and taking it to the popularity it has today.
2013
Comprehensive reform of the upper part of the old train station of Puigcerdà, creating the Hotel Parada in Puigcerdà, a hotel with a vintage style and very personal design.
2016
Opening of the first aparthotel in the sun and beach segment in Menorca, the Nelva Resort, with 60 apartments, swimming pool and bar-restaurant.
Incorporation of another establishment, the Hotel Can Pamplona in Vic, an urban and practical B&B hotel with all the comforts of a city hotel.
2017
It integrates in the group a rural hotel in the Penedes, Hotel Cal Ruget, in a privileged environment among the vineyards with a personal and familiar treatment and later incorporates the Hotel Terminus in Puigcerdà, next to the train station of Puigcerdà and very close to the center.
2018
Incorporation of three hotels: Hotel Can Darder in Llagostera, Hotel Torres in Manlleu and the construction of the new Hotel Cims in Camprodon, a B&B hotel in the center of the town.
2019
We continued with our growth strategy and acquired the Hotel Port 1730, at the foot of the slopes of the Port del Comte ski resort.
2020
In the middle of the pandemic, the hotel group buys and renovates the emblematic Hotel Xalet del Golf, within the Cerdanya Golf Club, with its long history, built in 1948.
2022
We became firmly established in Port del Comte and acquired the Hotel Golf Natura, and that same year, the beautiful rural hotel in the Alt Empordà, the Hotel Masía Can Clotas, joined the group .
2023
The Litt Hotels Litt Hotels Hotel Group, to unify all our hotels under the same image and philosophy, with the corporate brand Litt Hotels. Litt Hotels.
2024
We made progress in consolidating the group, professionalizing processes and strengthening the internal structure. We laid the foundations for sustainable and solid growth.
2025
We incorporated the Casa Maragall Apartments in Sant Joan de les Abadesses, the Hotel Can Xaran in Torelló and the Boutique Hotel Comtal Empúries in Castelló d’Empúries. We are expanding our presence in Osona, Ripollès and Alt Empordà with unique accommodations, full of history and character.
