Our history<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Our first contact with the world of hospitality was in 1989<\/strong> with the construction of the emblematic Hotel Gr\u00e8vol<\/strong> in the Camprodon Valley. Later it led us to take over the management of Hotel Gr\u00e8vol in 2008. <\/p>

A highlight in our history occurred in 2016<\/strong>, when we opened the doors of the Nelva Resort<\/strong> aparthotel in Menorca<\/strong>. This modern and cozy establishment allowed us to expand our offer and provide our guests with a unique experience on the beautiful Mediterranean island.<\/p>

In 2016 and 2017,<\/strong> we took a step forward by expanding our management to other destinations, with Hotel Terminus in Puigcerd\u00e0 and Hotel Can Pamplona in Vic,<\/strong> bringing our hospitality philosophy to new locations and meeting the needs of our guests in different regions.<\/p>

It is from then on that we are incorporating several hotels every year, growing exponentially throughout Catalonia, this is how it is strengthened with the incorporation of three hotels in 2018<\/strong>, driving it towards success and consolidating us as a reference in the sector: the Hotel Can Darder in Llagostera, the Hotel Torres Manlleu and the construction of the new Hotel Cims in Camprodon<\/strong>, with an exceptional location in the center of the village and a very personal design that will set the trend of the brand.<\/p>

Continuing our growth, in 2019 and 2020<\/strong> we added two new hotels to our portfolio: the Hotel Port 1730 and the Hotel Xalet del Golf<\/strong> at the prestigious La Cerdanya Golf Club. These acquisitions reaffirmed our presence in mountain settings and allowed us to provide our guests with a diversity of exceptional options. <\/p>

Following the trajectory of managing small family hotels, in 2022<\/strong> we acquired another mountain hotel, the Hotel Golf Natura and a beautiful hotel in the Empord\u00e0, the Hotel Masia Can Clotas.<\/strong><\/p>

Finally, in 2023, after 15 years of<\/strong> directly managing<\/strong> hotels without any umbrella brand, we took a transcendental step in our evolution by creating the Litt Hotels Hotel Group<\/strong>. This initiative allowed us to unify all our hotels under the same image and philosophy, with the corporate brand Litt Hotels<\/strong>, strengthening our position as a benchmark in the hotel industry. <\/p>

In 2024<\/strong>, we made steady progress in consolidating the Litt Hotels group<\/strong>, strengthening internal processes, professionalizing our structure and laying the foundations for even more solid and sustainable growth. This phase allowed us to optimize the operations of all our hotels and strengthen the brand’s positioning in the sector. <\/p>

In 2025<\/strong>, we continue growing and betting on accommodations with history, charm and personality. We incorporated the Casa Maragall Apartments<\/strong> in Sant Joan de les Abadesses, located in the former summer house of the poet Joan Maragall; the Hotel Can Xaran<\/strong> in Torell\u00f3, a cozy establishment located in the heart of Osona<\/strong>; and the Boutique Hotel Comtal Emp\u00faries<\/strong>, a charming rural hotel in Castell\u00f3 d’Emp\u00faries, recently refurbished with a lot of style. With this latest addition, together with the Hotel Mas\u00eda Can Clotas, we reinforce our presence in the Alt Empord\u00e0 with two exceptional proposals. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

1989<\/h5>

The emblematic Hotel Gr\u00e8vol<\/strong> is built in the Camprodon Valley<\/strong>, inspired by the resorts of the Alps.<\/p>

2008<\/h5>

Management of<\/strong> Hotel Gr\u00e8vol in Llanars, Camprodon <\/strong>and taking it to the popularity it has today.<\/p>

2013<\/h5>

Comprehensive reform of the upper part of the old train station of Puigcerd\u00e0, creating the Hotel Parada in Puigcerd\u00e0<\/strong>, a hotel with a vintage style and very personal design.<\/p>

2016<\/h5>

Opening of the first aparthotel in the sun and beach segment in Menorca, the Nelva Resort<\/strong>, with 60 apartments, swimming pool and bar-restaurant.<\/p>

Incorporation of another establishment, the Hotel Can Pamplona<\/strong> in Vic<\/strong>, an urban and practical B&B hotel with all the comforts of a city hotel.<\/p>

2017 <\/h5>

It integrates in the group a rural hotel in the Penedes, Hotel Cal Ruget<\/strong>, in a privileged environment among the vineyards with a personal and familiar treatment and later incorporates the Hotel Terminus in Puigcerd\u00e0<\/strong>, next to the train station of Puigcerd\u00e0 and very close to the center.<\/p>

2018<\/h5>

Incorporation of three hotels:<\/strong> Hotel Can Darder<\/strong> in Llagostera,<\/strong> Hotel Torres in Manlleu<\/strong> and the construction of the new Hotel Cims in Camprodon<\/strong>, a B&B hotel in the center of the town.<\/p>

We continued with our growth strategy and acquired the Hotel Port 1730,<\/strong> at the foot of the slopes of the Port del Comte ski<\/strong> resort.<\/p>

2020<\/h5>

In the middle of the pandemic, the hotel group buys and renovates the emblematic<\/strong> Hotel Xalet del Golf<\/strong>, within the Cerdanya Golf Club<\/strong>, with its long history, built in 1948<\/strong>.<\/p>

2022<\/h5>

We became firmly established in Port del Comte and acquired the Hotel Golf Natura<\/strong>, and that same year, the beautiful rural hotel in the Alt Empord\u00e0,<\/strong> the Hotel Mas\u00eda Can Clotas<\/strong>, joined the group .<\/strong> <\/p>

2023<\/h5>

The Litt Hotels <\/span>Litt Hotels Hotel Group, <\/b>to unify all our hotels under the same image and philosophy, with the corporate brand Litt Hotels. <\/span>Litt Hotels. <\/b><\/span> <\/p>

2024<\/h5>

We made progress in consolidating the group<\/strong>, professionalizing processes and strengthening the internal structure. We laid the foundations for sustainable and solid growth. <\/p>

2025<\/h5>
